It has been an up and down week, between financial news, and my energy level, as I entered my second week back at work. Add to that the hot flashes that keep me awake at night, and things in my life recently have been a little overwhelming.
This morning I looked out the front window as I got ready for work, and saw the pink and gold sunrise, and thought maybe things weren’t all that bad. Things will eventually even out and make sense.

What a gorgeous beginning to your day. Too bad you can’t take this image with you to work. It’s been raining here most all day.

Thinking of you and remember how tough those first weeks were… but they will pass, and each day will get better. Sorry about the hot flashes… did not have to deal with those.. still in my future. Overwhelming seems to be the theme these days…but hang in there, and give yourself permission to get through this period slowly.. it is an adjustment.
